THE smart-nature.com aims at the online sale of dermocosmetics articles, food supplements and products for animals.

Selling price of products
The sale price of each Product is determined by the smart-nature.com and can be freely changed at any time; changes in the sale price of the Product do not affect the order whose receipt and acceptance has already been confirmed to the Customer.
The sale price of the Products indicated in smart-nature.com includes VAT at the applicable legal rate.
To the indicated selling price, when due, the delivery costs of the Product are added.
The selling prices of the Products are those presented, unless an error in your indication has been detected by the smart-nature.com until the delivery of those to the Customer.

The Customer can choose to keep his order at the correct price or cancel it.
THE smart-nature.com provides the Customer with the following means of payment: credit card, PayPal, MB WAY and Multibanco Reference.
The latter means of payment is only available for payment transactions carried out in Portugal.
Delivery of parcels
The options for delivery of orders and the respective delivery times will be made available during the purchase process of the Products.
The available options may vary according to the geography intended for the delivery of the Products.
Delivery times should be considered as indicative only, without prejudice to the smart-nature.com make every effort to ensure compliance.
Although we keep our catalog updated in stock, certain products are obtained directly from the manufacturer which can delay your order. Smart Nature's mission is to give our customers access to the best cannabis-based products without leaving the comfort of their home and for this we work continuously to ship the order with maximum quality, as quickly as possible.
In any case, delivery of the Product (s) will take place within a maximum period of 14 days from the day following receipt of the order confirmation email, unless a force majeure event occurs.
It is also possible for an order containing more than one Product to be delivered at different times.
After payment confirmation, the shipping time can vary from 1 to 3 business days in normal periods. On days of great promotions this time can be extended (ex: Cyber Monday, Black Friday or festive seasons ...). Please note that all orders placed after 1 pm do not count as the shipping time for the day itself, but for the next business day.
THE smart-nature.com is not responsible for the customer placing the wrong address at the time of ordering.
If the shipping to the wrong address (placed by the customer) has been carried out through a freeshipping campaign (free shipping) and / or the customer does not pick up the order at a collection point (example: after delivery failure) we will proceed to collection of postage values (3.5 € for mainland Portugal and the minimum postage for other regions).
Orders returned on charge will not be accepted.
Shipment of the order

NOTE - The value of the purchase considered for free shipping is the value of the products including all product discounts or promotional discounts, and excluding postage and shipping fees. The cost of each shipment is calculated for each order, and depends on the number of products, the destination and the urgency of the shipment. The maximum delivery times are as follows:

ATTENTION - Delivery times are estimated, and are only considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks, such as strikes, connection losses, etc.).

Damaged or incorrectly shipped product
We apologize if you received the wrong or damaged item. This is unusual and we want to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Although we have high standards in the packaging of orders to avoid damage during transport, it is possible that problems will occur.

Any incident must be reported immediately so that we can investigate. The order of a Product can be canceled in one of the following situations: a) Unavailability of the Product; b) Non-payment by the Client of the order placed; c) Price completely wrong due to error (manual or computer).
Returns and Exchanges
